Who we are

Bitsflux is a trading name of Risk Forge (KvK 93318839, VAT NL005013228B86). Risk Forge is responsible for processing the personal data described in this policy. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@bitsflux.nl.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, work email, the services and budget you select and your message.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

We use the details from the contact form only to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (taking steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form-processing service, and the site is served by a hosting provider. These parties process data on our behalf only. Where a service provider is based outside the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as needed for the work and as required by Dutch tax law (7 years for financial records).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Email info@bitsflux.nl and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
